COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Voyager Mailing List competition is open for entry by all Australian residents, other than Voyager Interiors employees and suppliers associated with Voyager Interiors.
You can enter the Voyager Mailing List competition by providing a first name, surname, postcode and valid email address to Voyager Interiors for direct marketing purposes. You may opt out of the Voyager Interiors direct email competition at any time by emailing 'OPT OUT' to unsubscribe@Voyager Interiors.com.au at any time, however, you will not be eligible to be included in any prize draw conducted as a part of the Voyager Interiors direct email competition from the time that you opt out.
The competition start date is 4 September 2011 and close date is 4 September 2012. Entry for each month's draw will close at 11.59pm on the day prior to the draw. A new prize draw will be conducted at 10.00am on 5 October, 5 November, 5 December, 5 January 2012, 5 February 2012, 5 March 2012, 5 April 2012, 5 June 2012, 5 July 2012, 5 August 2012, 5 September 2012 and winners will be announced on facebook within 24 hours of each prize draw.
The prize draws will be conducted by randomly selecting email addresses from those that have been entered into the competition. Your entry is valid for each prize draw, unless you opt out. You do not need provide a separate entry for each month of the competition. The prize draw will be conducted at the Voyager Interiors Richmond Showroom, located at 477 Church Street, Richmond, Victoria, 3121.
Prizes for the Voyager Interiors Mailing List competition will vary from month to month but will be to the retail value of $250. Full details and values of the prizes will be published on facebook as each winner is announced.
Winners and re-draw winners of any prize will be contacted by email or phone after the prize draw, at which time they will be asked, within reason, to visit the Voyager Interiors showroom closest to them or provide a valid mailing address for delivery of the prize.
The names of winners and re-draw winners of any prize will be published on the Voyager Interiors facebook fan page - www.facebook.com/VoyagerInteriors.
If any winner of a prize has not claimed the prize, or responded to contact by email or phone to a representative of Voyager Interiors, within three months of the date of the prize draw, a redraw from the entry database will occur at 10.00am and in the same location on 5 January 2012, 5 February 2012, 5 March 2012, 5 April 2012, 5 June 2012, 5 July 2012, 5 August 2012, 5 September 2012, 5 October 2012, 5 November 2012, 5 December 3012, or the closest possible business day. The total prize pool for the promotion is up to $3,000.
The promoter of the Voyager Interiors direct email competition is Voyager Interiors Pty Ltd ACN 139 680 167, located at 477 Church Street, Richmond, Victoria, 3121. The promoter's decisions about prize draws are final, with no correspondence being entered into. Where the prize is a gift voucher it is valid for six months, is not transferable for cash and must be used in a single transaction. Where the prize is a 'Prize Pack' it cannot be returned to be redeemed as cash or changed in any way.
The promoter confirms that email addresses provided as entry into the Voyager Interiors Mailing List competition will not be made available to third parties.
